1½ cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup oat bran
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
6 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup plus 1 table sugar, divided
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1½ cups chopped raspberries
375 for 20 to 25 minutes
whisk together all dry ingredients up to salt
beat butter and 1/2 cup sugar
beat in eggs and vanilla until combined
add flour in 2 additions alternating buttermilk and beat fold in berries sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar in muffin tins.

Ingredients

1/3 cup water
1 cup red grapes
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 ripe banana peeled
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup ice cubes


Directions

• Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
• Select Variable 1.
• Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
• Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Ingredients

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries


Directions

• Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
• Select Variable 1.
• Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
• Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
